We know that providing food for your family can become difficult during unexpected or challenging seasons. Our Grocery Assistance Program is here to help ease that burden by providing essential grocery items.

If you need help with groceries, use the form below to select from our list of available, pre-approved grocery items.Â
Participation Rules

Requests are reviewed individually and subject to approval

Approval is dependent on available funding and resources

Processing may take 2–3 days

Valid government-issued ID or utility bill required to verify name and address

Requester must be present at delivery and groceries will not be left at the door

Each family/individual is limited to no more than one request per month and no more than six requests per calendar year
