Practical Assistance
Sometimes a little extra help can make a big difference. Our Practical Assistance Program provides light, volunteer-based help with everyday needs that may be difficult to manage on your own.

If you need assistance with things such as picking up an order, minor yard work, small household tasks, delivering supplies, or another small and manageable need, use the form below to tell us how we may be able to help.
Participation Rules
